Jacqueline Hayes

Jacqueline Hayes is the Director at NAWBO. Jacqueline has also been the Co-Chair of the Economic Empowerment Committee at the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Metropolitan Nashville Chapter since January 2020. Jacqueline has over 10 years of experience in marketing and financial services. Jacqueline started their career as a Financial Services Representative at MetLife Southern Financial Group in January 2011. After a year and a half, they transitioned to Harpeth Marketing where they became the Marketing Manager. In this role, they managed Lead Nurturing and Lead Builder Programs for the market research industry, created and managed social media campaigns, email campaigns, and call campaigns for multiple clients, and facilitated client training. Jacqueline then became the Director at Pathway Women's Business Center and Nashville Entrepreneur Center before taking on their current role as Director at NAWBO National.
