Carsten Fink

Carsten Fink currently serves as the VP, Sales Liaison for German-speaking Territories at NBCUniversal, a position held since September 2024. As the Managing Director of Fink Media Consult since February 2010, Carsten has extensive experience in media and entertainment. Previously, Carsten was the VP of Business Development & Partnering for EMEA at Crunchyroll from March 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included new app distribution and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Carsten held the role of VP for Sony Pictures Entertainment Distribution & Networks GSA from February 2013 to September 2023, overseeing a portfolio of entertainment networks across German-speaking Europe. Carsten's career includes senior positions at STUDIOCANAL GmbH, Disney ABC ESPN Television, and Bavaria Media GmbH, with early experiences in internships and project management at Time Warner Intl Broadcasting, HBO International, and Canal+ Distribution. Carsten holds a Dipl-Kfm (MBA) in Business Administration and Science of Communication from Freie Universität Berlin.
