Anita MacLennan

Anita Maclennan (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at NCAB Group since March 2021, Anita previously held the position of Service Manager at MULTIVAC UK from June 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, Anita worked at Vygon (UK) Ltd. from May 2015 to May 2018, where roles included Customer Centricity Project Lead and Customer Service Manager. Anita's career in customer service management began at Thames Water, where a tenure from 2009 to May 2015 was spent as Customer Service Manager.
