Kok Keong Cheung

Kok Keong Cheung is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as Director (Principal IT Architect) for Infra Architecture & Service Management at NCS Group since May 2022, focusing on service management and enterprise monitoring. Prior to this role, Kok Keong held positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore as Deputy Director, where various responsibilities included acting as Product Owner/Manager and Solution Architect, from January 2020 to May 2022. Kok Keong also contributed to GovTech Singapore as Senior Manager (Applications Infrastructure) between June 2016 and January 2020, leading platform engineering towards a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approach. Earlier experiences include roles at CrimsonLogic and Salesforce.com, where key responsibilities involved operations management, site reliability, and system administration across multiple projects and teams. Kok Keong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SIM Open University Centre and has a background in technical education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
