Oscar D Aguilar

Oscar D Aguilar has extensive experience in project management and technical advisory roles within the construction and in-line inspection sectors. Currently serving as ILI Senior Project Manager at NDT Global since March 2013, Oscar has managed numerous pipeline inspections and projects across onshore and offshore environments, particularly with PEMEX and private firms in Mexico and LATAM. Previously, Oscar held partner and advisory positions at Alli Construcciones, S.A. de C.V. and Asesoría y Desarrollo Empresarial en la Construcción (ADECO), focusing on construction project management and administrative oversight. Additional prior experience includes roles at In Line Inspection Mexico, ROSEN, and Grupo Comex, where Oscar contributed to various aspects of project execution, technical studies, and operational management. Oscar holds a Master's Degree in Administration and Management of Organizations and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz.
