Dalton Stalvey's work experience starts with their current position as a Systems Engineer at NECI since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at R.E. Mason from January 2019 to May 2020.
Before entering the field of engineering, Dalton served as a Crisis Resident Mentor at the University of South Carolina from August 2018 to May 2020, and as a Resident Mentor from August 2017 to August 2018.
Dalton also gained experience in the tourism industry as a Lead Tour Guide at Myrtle Beach Watersports Inc from May 2016 to August 2018, and as a Tour Guide from May 2014 to May 2016.
In addition, Dalton worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina from March 2017 to May 2017, where they assisted Dr. Armin Ebner with research on the absorption properties of Zeolite. Dalton conducted experiments using a microbalance and communicated their findings through charts, graphs, and tables. Dalton also utilized equipment such as heat exchangers, coolers, and vacuums to simulate extreme conditions.
Dalton Stalvey attended the University of South Carolina from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in Chemical Engineering. In July 2020, they obtained an Engineer In Training certification from the New Hampshire Board of Professional Engineers. Additionally, in November 2019, Dalton obtained an Advanced Certification in Safety and Chemical Engineering Education (SAChE) from the AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
