Sabelo Mhlanga

Sabelo Mhlanga is an experienced professional in credit risk management, currently serving as Head of Credit Risk Monitoring at Nedbank since July 2018, overseeing functions including Credit Risk Reporting and Credit Governance. Previously, Sabelo held several senior management positions at Nedbank, focusing on Credit Risk Reporting and Credit Market Conduct, and served at Absa Capital in credit risk and regulatory reporting roles. Sabelo's career began at Standard Bank, progressing through various analytical and managerial positions. Educationally, Sabelo is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Development Finance at Stellenbosch Business School and has completed programs in Accounting and Finance from GIBS Business School, along with a BSc in Mathematical and Statistical Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
