Mark van de Grift

Mark van de Grift is an experienced HR project manager, currently serving at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) since September 2018, where responsibilities include the setup and implementation of organization-wide HR projects. As an interim manager and partner at TeamQ since January 2022, Mark focuses on team and leadership development through collaborative approaches. Ownership of MG Research & Consultancy has been established, providing guidance on organizational change with an emphasis on employee onboarding and experience. Prior roles include project manager at NZa and research consultant with Schouten & Nelissen, specializing in employee engagement and sustainable employability. Mark's academic background includes a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
