Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager and Service Manager at Le Pain Quotidien, along with a role as Junior Sous Chef at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Ruben's educational background includes training at Escuela Vocacional Ana Delia Flores Santana in Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2012.
