Ruben Clemente

Ruben Clemente has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the General Manager for Zalat Pizza since April 2021. Prior positions include General Manager at Major Food Group and Le Pain Quotidien, where responsibilities involved overseeing restaurant operations, managing budgets, and recruiting staff. Previously, Ruben held various roles, including Lead Server and Manager at La Tarte Flambee, and General Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company, focusing on store organization and food safety standards. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager and Service Manager at Le Pain Quotidien, along with a role as Junior Sous Chef at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Ruben's educational background includes training at Escuela Vocacional Ana Delia Flores Santana in Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2012.
