Jason Morgan currently serves as a Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough since March 2024. Previously, Jason was a Partner at Drohan Tocchio & Morgan, P.C. from May 2004 to March 2024, where Jason led the litigation practice group and the corporate transactional practice, representing clients in various legal matters including commercial contract disputes, intellectual property issues, and corporate dissolution cases. Jason's legal career began at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (now Day Pitney) from September 1996 to May 2000, followed by a position at Sullivan & Worcester LLP from May 2000 to May 2004. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a degree in Economics from William & Mary, completed from 1986 to 1990.
