Marija Stankovic

Marija Stankovic has extensive experience in talent development and training, having worked in key roles at Nelt Group from April 2019 to March 2020, including Group Development, Training and Engagement Manager and Group Talent Development, Training and Engagement Supervisor. In these positions, Marija was responsible for creating and implementing talent strategies, leading talent identification, and development processes, as well as managing various programs such as leadership models and succession planning. Additionally, Marija served as a Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on the implementation of talent management agendas and assessment processes. Marija holds education credentials from the Faculty of Media and Communications and completed a training program in systemic family therapy at the Association of Systemic Therapists (AST).
