Dr. Alper Tengüz

Dr. Alper Tengüz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Sum Partner at sum people since 2012, Dr. Tengüz designs and delivers high-performance culture programs and coaches executives. In addition, Dr. Tengüz holds roles as an Executive Coach and Team Development Facilitator at LearningArchitect, Creative Leader at Neol, Senior Consultant at Dialogos, and Executive Coach at DevelopingTalent Sàrl. Dr. Tengüz is a Lecturer and Head of Pedagogy at the European Leadership University and a post-doctoral fellow in Business Pedagogy at Goethe University Frankfurt. With a PhD in Economics and a strong educational background, Dr. Tengüz specializes in leadership development curricula and organizational change, having previously worked with McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager.
