Obaid Almotairy

Obaid Almotairy currently serves as the Vice President of Graduate Studies, Scientific Research, and Executive Education at Al Yamamah University since November 2024. In addition, Obaid holds the position of Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee at Al Rajhi International for Investment (RAII) since December 2019. As a Board Member of the Al Qassim Energy Association and a member of various committees including Audit at Naqi Water and Tawtheeq Company, Obaid actively engages in numerous governance and compliance roles within several organizations. Academic credentials include a PhD in Accounting from the University of Essex, an MSc from Colorado State University, and a BBA from King Saud University, along with a management program from INSEAD. Obaid has been involved with AACSB since 2012, participating in various events.
