Rawan Alsubhi Uxmc

Rawan Alsubhi, holding a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University, currently serves as the Head of Digital Experience (UX|CX) at NEOM since August 2023. In this role, Rawan oversees the integration of UX, CX, and product management, focusing on customer-centric strategies to create innovative digital solutions. Prior experience includes roles as UX/UI Manager and Acting UX Manager at NCGR - National Center for Government Resources Systems, as well as positions in service design at Accenture and freelance UX/UI design. Rawan also has a background in data analysis from the Ministry of Labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
