Martha Helena Bejar

Martha Helena Bejar started her career at AT&T. She then joined Nortel Networks and Microsoft Corp. She was later appointed CEO of Wipro Infocrossing Cloud Computing services. She was then appointed CEO and Director of Flow Mobile, a broad band wireless access solution provider, until she sold the operations to local service providers. She was later appointed CEO of Unium Inc., a software company specialized in solving complex wireless networking problems, until March 2018 when she sold the company to Nokia Corp. Martha is the recipient of numerous industry awards including 2017 Inspiring Women of Washington State, top fifty Hispanic women in the United States by Hispanic Inc. Business Magazine. Martha received an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard University Business School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. The Board of directors coopted Martha Bejar on January 11, 2019, to replace Catherine Pourre who resigned on September 24, 2018. Following ratification of her co-optation, her mandate was renewed at the General Meeting of June 28, 2019, for a three-year term, which means until the General Meeting called to vote on the financial statements for the financial year ending January 31, 2022.
