Sangamesh Hugar has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as GM-Projects at Neptune Group since October 2005, where expertise includes project phasing, planning, budgeting, execution, reconciliation, and handing over high-quality projects within deadlines. Previous roles include Project Incharge at Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd from December 2000 to 2005, where independent planning and execution of various projects were handled, and Senior Engineer at BBR(India) Pvt Ltd from August 1998 to December 2000, focusing on design review and implementation for infrastructure works. Sangamesh began the career as a Junior Engineer at Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd from December 1995 to July 1998, overseeing technical supervision and coordination with contractors.
