Jessica Despont

Jessica Despont has a diverse background in human resources and training, currently holding the positions of HR Business Partner and Learning Partner at Nestlé since August 2017. Jessica has also served as an HR Specialist, Jr HR Business Partner, and R&D Training and Learning Coordinator within the same company, showcasing a strong trajectory in HR functions and training development. Prior to Nestlé, Jessica worked at McDonald's as a Crew Member from July 2016 to July 2017. Educational achievements include a Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste RH in human resources management from Cursus Formation and a Certificat d’Assistante en Gestion du Personnel from FormaSuisse, complemented by various other certifications and a Baccalauréat from Gymnase Auguste Piccard.
