Nitin Mathur

Nitin Mathur is the Chief Client Officer at Net Health. Prior to joining Net Health, Mathur served as the SVP Customer Experience at Privacera from July 2021 to August 2022. Nitin was also on the executive team and led all of post sales- Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support, Training & Enablement.

Previously, Mathur served as the Vice President Professional Services at Yodlee Inc from March 2008 to January 2015. Nitin was part of senior management and led Yodlee through a successful IPO. Yodlee was eventually acquired by Envestnet.

Before Yodlee, Mathur was at Avolent Inc from September 2004 to March 2008 as the Director Worldwide Professional Services. Nitin negotiated successful M&A as part of management team. Avolent was eventually acquired by Genpact.

After Avolent, Mathur joined Xactly Corp (A Vista Company) in January 2015 and served as the SVP Worldwide Services, Customer Support & IT until July 2021. Nitin was on the executive team and senior staff and led Worldwide Professional Services (PS), Strategic Services, Expert Services, Education (training), Customer Support (CS) and Information Technology (IT). Nitin took Xactly public (successful IPO) and then led eight (8) meet & beat public quarters, after which sold the company to Vista Equity Partners for over 5.6x! Since the Vista acquisition, they created and executed the Vista Value Creation Plan.

Nitin Mathur's educational career has included studying computer engineering at the University of Mumbai and artificial intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.

They are on a team with Jason Baim - Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer, Patrick Rooney - Chief Financial Officer, and Linda Kricher - Chief Human Resources Officer. Nitin Mathur reports to Josh Pickus, CEO, Board Director.
