Jenny Eaglestone

Jenny Eaglestone is an experienced aviation psychologist and senior consultant at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR) since April 2021. In addition, Jenny serves as a board member and treasurer for the European Association for Aviation Psychology since September 2018. Previous roles include aviation psychologist and selection expert at LVNL from April 2012 to December 2020, and human resources consultant at the Royal Netherlands Embassy from March 2010 to January 2012, focusing on policy drafting, recruitment, and personnel management. Jenny also contributed to military training and development as a consultant at the Ministerie van Defensie from March 2007 to January 2010 and conducted psychological assessments at Karssen & Boogaarts between 2004 and 2007. Early in the career, Jenny served as a lecturer of psychology at Utrecht University from 2000 to 2004, following a Master’s degree in IO Psychology from the same institution in 2002 and a post-master's in psychological advisory practice in 2009.
