Katharine Brown

Katharine Brown is the current Vice Chair at NetHope. Katharine has over 25 years of experience in business process engineering and operations management. Brown has held various positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Katharine was Vice President, Operations Manager, Global HR Shared Services at Bank of America from 1994 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the global HR shared services team. In 2010, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Senior Vice President, Business Process Engineering - EMEA Global Wholesale Bank Tech & Ops. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of business process engineers in the EMEA region. In 2012, they joined VSO as Head of Global IT. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing the IT strategy for VSO.

Katharine Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Modern Languages (German, French) from Aston University. Katharine is certified by NetHope as a NETHOPE Virtual Global Summit 2020 Delegate and by Credly as a NETHOPE Regional Chapter 2021 Lead.
