Paolo Cedeño

Paolo Cedeño is an accomplished professional in the fields of telecommunications and innovation, currently serving as the Jefe de Innovación at Netlife Ecuador since April 2020, where responsibilities include developing innovation strategies and fostering the implementation of operational efficiency and product ideas. Prior to this, Paolo held several key positions within the Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones y Sociedad de la Información, including Subsecretario de Telecomunicaciones y TIC, where policies for the mass adoption of telecommunications and technology were established. Paolo has extensive experience in project management and technical regulation, having also worked with SUTELCOM as a Senior IT Project Manager and an Analyst Técnico. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from OBS Business School and a Licentiate degree in Linguistics from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Ejército, along with an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
