Chris Mccraw has worked in the technical support field for over 8 years. Chris is currently the Director of Support at Netlify, and has previously held positions at Jama Software, Support Driven, and New Relic, Inc.

Mccraw has been instrumental in scaling support teams and improving customer satisfaction levels. Chris is an expert in Unix administration, Python programming, and Java development. Chris has also written and managed extensive internal documentation for various companies.

At New Relic, Mccraw was responsible for providing support to customers and colleagues. Chris grew the Support team from 3 to 60 people and trained every employee in Support. Chris Mccraw has a bachelor of arts in computer science, psychology, latin, and spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. They also have CISSP certification.
