Paweł Mroczek is an experienced professional in the fields of technical management, facility management, and energy efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of the Technical Department and Director at Netto Polska, Salling Group since February 2022, Mroczek oversees country portfolio management in construction, energy, facility management, and procurement, while supporting business development through technical initiatives. Prior roles include Global Energy Lead at CBRE GWS EMEA, where Mroczek managed a global energy savings program for Deutsche Bank, and Head of Technical Department at Atrium European Real Estate, focusing on facility management and ESG strategy implementation. Mroczek's extensive background also includes significant contributions at Tesco in various leadership positions, enhancing maintenance and engineering processes across multiple sites. Mroczek holds a Master of Science from Warsaw University of Technology in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology.
