Isabel Alvarez Saavedra has been working in the clinical research industry since 2004. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Study Coordinator and Receptionist at SMO. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at PPD as a Principal Project Assistant, Senior Project Assistant, and Project Assistant II. In 2014, they moved to Medpace as a Regulatory Submissions Coordinator II. In 2017, they joined IQVIA as a Late Phase CRA in their RWE department. In 2018, they moved to Covance as a Clinical Research Associate II (Non Interventional Studies-Phase IV). In 2019, they joined Argint International (now Precision for Medicine) as a Senior Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Associate. Currently, they are a Clinical Project Manager at Neuroelectrics.

Isabel Alvarez Saavedra attended Escuela Normal Superior N° 4, Estanislao Severo Ceballos from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Literature. Isabel then attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2001 to 2008, studying Politics.
