Richard Jia

Richard Jia has over 15 years of experience in software product development and project management. Since December 2010, Richard has served as a Product Manager/Project Manager at Neusoft, where responsibilities include leading a team for software product development and overseeing project management aspects such as customer communication, requirement management, and resource management. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Scrum Master at Nokia Siemens Networks from July 2009 to December 2010, leading a database team in product development utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. Richard's career began as a Software Engineer at Resilience from July 2006 to July 2009, focusing on developing Linux system software and high-availability components. Richard holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Zhejiang University.
