Kristina Owens

Kristina Owens is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Tangram Interiors since September 2024. Previously, Kristina held the position of Director of People Development at Scribd, where responsibilities included overseeing a variety of learning strategies and products. Kristina also served as Director of Organizational Talent Development at College Track, and as Director of Talent Development, Americas at Essence, focusing on performance development and organizational effectiveness.
