Todd Fowler

Todd Fowler is a seasoned professional in business development and investor relations, currently serving as Managing Director of Business Development at New York Life Investments since October 2025. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Client Service, Senior Vice President/Client Portfolio Manager, and Executive Vice President of Investor Relations at American Realty Advisors from June 2013 to September 2025. Todd has also held senior positions at Mesirow Financial, Verde Realty, Security Capital Research & Management, and Security Capital Group Incorporated, where expertise in investor relations and business development was cultivated across firms with significant real estate assets. Todd began the career at Insignia/ESG as a Senior Associate and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Kansas.
