Thomas Fleischman

Thomas Fleischman is a seasoned professional in baseball scouting and operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Amateur Scouting & Pacific Rim for the New York Mets since February 2018. Fleischman's career includes progressive roles in the organization, from Associate to Manager in Amateur Scouting. Prior experience encompasses a role as the Coordinator for the Collegiate National Team at USA Baseball, and a Baseball Operations Internship with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Additional roles at USA Baseball included coordinating video scouting efforts. Fleischman began coaching as the Head JV Baseball Coach at Amherst Regional High School and gained early experience as a Scout and Trackman Intern with Perfect Game USA. Fleischman holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
