Brian Hamman

Brian Hamman is the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at The New York Times. Brian has previously worked as the Online Managing Editor at Columbia Missourian, the Online Editor at Missouri School of Journalism, and a Board Member at Washington University Student Media. Brian has also worked as a Data Analyst at the National Institute for Computer-Assisted Reporting and as an Instructional Technologist at Washington University.

Brian Hamman attended the Sulzberger Program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Brian then earned their MA in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General and American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
