Jamie Spannos

Jamie Spannos is the current Chief Operating Officer at Newegg. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Vice President of North America Fulfillment & Logistics for FTD Companies from February 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they oversaw all national distribution fulfillment operations, logistics, transportation, real estate group, and company-wide finance activities for FTD in North America. This included all customer fulfillment and delivery platforms such as dry goods, refrigerated goods, floral arrangements, gourmet foods, gifting, and edible arrangements. Jamie also oversaw e-commerce platforms and brands such as FTD.com, SharisBerries.com, ProPlants.com, Proflowers.com, Gifts.com, PersonalCreations.com, FlowersDirect.com, and Sincerely.com.

From March 2012 to February 2017, Spannos served as the Head of Distribution for North America Operations for The Kraft Heinz Company. In this role, they oversaw distribution warehousing operations, distribution procurement, intercompany transportation, and inventory control functions for Kraft Heinz across North America. This included all distribution platforms such as dry goods, refrigerated goods, frozen goods, and ready-to-drink beverages. Jamie was also responsible for managing partnerships across 30+ 3PL providers and overseeing 24MM+ sq ft of warehouse operations across 103 individual sites. In addition, they were responsible for $28.4BB in customer shipments across the company and served as the ZBB owner for North America logistics support operating budget.
