Nicole Cline

Nicole Cline is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing, business development, and training. Currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at NewFields Ag Official since November 2025, Nicole previously held the role of Director of Business Development at Estes Construction from June 2018 to November 2025, where building relationships to enhance client experiences was a key focus. Involvement with Dale Carnegie Training spans from 2004 to the present, starting as a Training Consultant and progressing to a Trainer, contributing to individual and organizational performance improvements. Earlier career experience includes working as a Customer Relations Specialist at MCI WorldCom from 1997 to 2004, where resolution of service issues and customer inquiries were primary responsibilities. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from DeVry, completed in 2007.
