Ibe Chukwudi

Ibe Chukwudi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Newland NPT since April 2024, Ibe provides support and training for hardware and software products. Previously, as Head of Operations at Itex Integrated Services Ltd from September 2014 to April 2024, Ibe focused on enhancing customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, team management, and operational optimization. Ibe also led the development of innovative support structures and managed a team of 25 as Operations and Support Lead, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and performance analysis. Ibe's career began as an Electrical Engineer at Cassel Engineering Ltd, where responsibilities included inverter installation, site inspections, and troubleshooting. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science from National Open University and a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from Lagos State Polytechnic.
