Robert Hughes

Robert Hughes is an experienced professional in waste management and recycling, currently serving as the Recycling and Landfill Team Manager at Newport City Council since August 2019. Prior roles include Area Landfill and Recycling Manager for Earth Solutions from 2018 to 2019, Transfer Station Manager at Veolia UK from 2016 to 2018, and Site Manager at Stobart Biomass for a year in 2015. Additionally, Robert held the position of Laboratory and Treatment Manager at TRADEBE for nearly a decade (2006-2015) and worked as an Organic Chemist at Severn Trent for a year (2005-2006).
