Michelle Johnson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of NexBank Capital, Inc. and NexBank. Johnson oversees all administrative operations, including Information Technology, Information Security, Enterprise Project Management, Entity Management, Legal, and Human Resources.

Johnson helps shape the company's strategic initiatives that drive client success and support its growth objectives, reinforcing NexBank’s commitment to operational excellence through scalability and efficiency.

Johnson also serves as Secretary to NexBank Capital, Inc.’s Board of Directors. She holds 16 years of experience including a 12-year tenure at NexBank.
