Oscar has been a trusted advisor to the design and construction community providing total systems solutions for projects in the data center, healthcare, mining, energy, and manufacturing industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
