Alain Goujon

Alain Goujon has been the Directeur de la construction at Nexity since February 2014, with a focus on low-carbon project orientation and cost management in residential and commercial real estate, emphasizing innovative construction methods and sustainable solutions. Prior to this role, Alain served as Directeur Production, Maîtrise des coûts (DPMC) at Nexity, overseeing engineering, process integration, procurement, and alternative construction methods. Alain's previous experience includes the position of DGA construction at Nexity Féréal from October 2009 to January 2014 and various roles at NEXITY SEERI from May 1998 to September 2009, where responsibilities included technical direction and project management. Alain holds an engineering degree from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs, a BTS in construction economics from ECOLE FRANCOIS MANSART, and a BAC F4 in building and civil engineering from LYCEE TECHNIQUE DE GAGNY.
