Saray Ben-Meir

Saray Ben-Meir is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a volunteer in the Commemoration and Mentoring Program for Next October, Saray contributes to honoring victims of the October 2023 Hamas War through innovative initiatives. Previously, as Chief People, Chief of Staff, and Corporate Innovation at SQream from 2014 to 2024, Saray led a global HR team, driving strategic alignment, organizational changes, and cultural values while supporting significant company growth. Experience also includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Sapiens, where Saray managed talent acquisition and strategic HR initiatives, and earlier positions at NICE Systems focused on community relations and recruitment leadership. Saray's educational background includes studies at Istituto Superiore di Fotografia e Communicazione Integrata from 2003 to 2005.
