Holly Chen

Holly Chen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager for Employee Life Cycle at Next Street since December 2023. Previously, Holly held the position of Manager for People, Talent & Recruiting at Book of the Month from October 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement, as well as enhancing employee experience through data analysis. Holly's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate HR Business Partner at Apex Clearing Corporation, HR Assistant/Office Manager, and Executive Assistant/Office Manager at CICC, in addition to working as an Interim Administrative Assistant at BDA Partners. Holly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Asian Studies and Communication and Media Studies from Hamilton College, complemented by a solid foundation from Stuyvesant High School.
