Luis Moreno

Luis Moreno, EIT, is an experienced analyst specializing in data and business intelligence solutions, currently working at NextDecade since August 2024. Previously, at Noble Corporation, Luis served as a BI Partner focusing on Power BI development and adoption of business intelligence solutions. As a Senior Developer at Venture Global LNG, Luis led the business intelligence greenfield program, created numerous analytics dashboards, and supported key enterprise stakeholders. Earlier roles include contributing as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Venture Global LNG and leading business intelligence initiatives at JVIC. With a strong foundation in data analytics and visualization, Luis has a diverse background that includes internships with FEMA and the U.S. Census Bureau, as well as experience in quality control systems and engineering internships with Zachry Group. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University.
