Rawan abu Shokhedim

Rawan Abu Shokhedim is a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nextwo Co., specializing in strategic sourcing and headhunting for technical roles in software engineering, product, infrastructure, and digital transformation since October 2025. Previously, Rawan held positions as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate and Talent Acquisition Officer at Umniah from May 2022 to October 2025.
