Hayley Cox

Hayley Cox is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior People Team Manager at Nexxen since March 2023, Hayley plays a pivotal role in the global HR Leadership Team, overseeing employee life cycle support for UK and German teams while managing complex employee relations and advising on policy and Employment Law. Prior to Nexxen, Hayley worked at Unruly from August 2016, initially as a People Advisor and advancing to People Team Manager, managing full employee life cycles and leading diversity initiatives. Earlier positions include HR Assistant at Warner Bros International Television Production and various HR roles at Unilever, contributing to data management and stakeholder engagement. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool.
