Jill Adamson

Jill Adamson has over 25 years of experience in various roles within financial and tax management. Jill began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Tax, where they worked for almost a decade. Jill then joined Scottish & Newcastle as an International Tax Manager before moving on to Aggreko, where they served as Group Tax Manager. In 2012, Jill Adamson joined Alexander Dennis Limited as the Group Tax Manager. Jill later became the Head of Tax, Treasury & Compliance at Alexander Dennis, a position they held until 2020. Jill then took on the role of Head of Financial Reporting & Tax at Alexander Dennis Limited until the end of 2020. Currently, they are the Group Director of Internal Accounting at NFI Group Inc. Additionally, Jill Adamson is involved with the Scottish & Newcastle Pension Plan, where they serve as a trustee and the Chair of the Audit Committee.

Jill Adamson attended Gourock High School from 1985 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Jill then attended Arran High School from 1989 to 1991, again without obtaining a degree or focusing on a particular field of study. Finally, from 1991 to 1995, Jill attended the University of Glasgow, where they earned a Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc Hons) degree in the field of Accountancy.
