Charles Woychik

Charles Woychik has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NHanced Semiconductors, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Senior Director of Advanced Packaging Platforms at SkyWater Technology Foundry from April 2021 to December 2023. Charles also served as Chief Scientist at i3 Electronics, Inc. from September 2016 to April 2021, and held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Marketing and Technology at Invensas Corporation and Director of Marketing and Technology at Tessera, from 2010 to 2016. Charles earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, following a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
