Donald Payne

Donald Payne is an experienced project manager currently employed at NHCS since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing multiple job sites, contract and subcontractor management, and overseeing financial and logistical aspects of construction projects. Prior roles at NHCS include Associate Project Manager and Project Engineer, supporting various aspects of project management. Prior to NHCS, Donald served as a Student and Children's Minister at Adventure Christian Church and held various positions focused on youth ministry and logistics in other organizations. Donald holds a Master's degree in Divinity from the Master's International School of Divinity and a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Lipscomb University, alongside extensive certifications and proficiencies in construction management software and maintaining a Class A CDL.
