Morten Roland

Morten Roland is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Country Manager at Niam Norway since January 2023, with a focus on real assets in the Nordics and Northern Europe. As a Partner and Daglig leder at Led Management since January 2021, Morten has been involved in investment activities within the real estate sector. Previous roles include Partner at Arctic Real Estate Development from August 2018 to December 2020 and various positions at DNB Næringsmegling AS, including Direktør and Senior rådgiver salg from June 2010 to July 2018. Morten's early career featured leadership roles in real estate at Bertel O. Steen Eiendom AS and advisory roles in credit and financing at Handelsbanken. Morten holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and a degree in Economics and Administration from the School of Business and Law, University of Agder.
