Rory Parness is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Niche since December 2023, Rory previously worked at Code Climate as Interim CEO and CFO from November 2021 to August 2023, and as CFO from September 2012 to October 2021 at Foursquare. Rory's career also includes significant positions such as Vice President of Finance and CFO at Phreesia, Inc., CFO at MediaNet Digital, and CFO of Zomba Label Group, among others. Rory began career in accounting at Laventhol & Horwath and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
