Valerie McKain

Valerie McKain is an accomplished HR consultant and the founder of Hope Advising, where they provide custom HR solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. With extensive experience in human resources across various organizations, they have held leadership positions including Director of Human Resources at A.I.D. Residential Services, and Director of Operations at Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Valerie specializes in developing effective leaders, enhancing workplace cultures, and implementing HR strategies that foster organizational growth. They are also a certified Livstyle trainer and serve on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association. Valerie's educational background includes studies at Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne.
