Diana Pham

Diana PHAM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as Cheffe de projet Salesforce and Consultante Salesforce Senior at Niji since July 2018, Diana has previously demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the founder of DRESSY MOOD, where the focus was on organizing fashion sales events and ephemeral boutiques from September 2016 to May 2018. At L'Occitane en Provence, Diana held the role of Responsable Service Client, overseeing a team and managing the online activities for French-speaking regions. Prior experience at Eric Bompard involved boosting sales and managing a remote sales team. Diana holds a Master's degree in Public Business Law from Université Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne and Université Paris X Nanterre, alongside a certification from the Programme Etincelles in Salesforce database management.
