NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Develop, integrate and provide forecasts for internal operations. Responsible for maximization of product availability while supporting inventory management strategies and replenishment goals to minimize costs. Address forecast variances and improve forecasting accuracy. Analyze internal demand information and demand & delivery performance through statistical analysis and data-driven decision making tools. Compile data and reports to support decision making. Set, review, reconcile and/or execute demand, source and supply plans through forecasting and analytics. Create visibility of change requests and provide recommendations for process improvements. Develop process management excellence to ensure timeliness and accuracy of critical information, events and procedures. Up to 25% international travel required Employer will accept Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Apparel and Textiles and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include:

  1. Micro/Macro Economic understanding;
  2. Demand Planning;
  3. Merchandising;
  4. Marketplace Planning;
  5. Retail math;
  6. Merchandise Financial Planning;
  7. MMX, SAP, APO, Tableau, Cognos, and SSAS;
  8. Deep Global Consumer Planning;
  9. NDDC Planning;
  10. Strategic Planning;
  11. Cross Functional and Cross Geo collaboration framework;
  12. Digital Commerce; and
  13. DSM, IBP, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Consumer architecture.

OR

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Apparel and Textiles and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  3. Merchandising;
  4. Marketplace Planning;
  5. Retail Math;
  6. Merchandise Financial Planning;
  7. MMX, SAP, APO, Tableau, Cognos, and SSAS;
