Janessa Henry

Janessa Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, event management, and community engagement, particularly within the sports and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Business Operations at Nike since March 2017, Janessa acts as Chief of Staff to the Global VP/GM of Jordan Brand Streetwear and oversees various related initiatives, including managing DEI projects with significant employee engagement. Previous roles include Global Consumer Business Manager, District Community Lead, and event management for the Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic development capabilities. Janessa holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration/Management from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Oregon.
